A.   All training sessions will take place at our training center located at 4757 Plum Road NW, Carroll OH 43112

Q.   What are the local airports?

A.   Local airport options are John Glenn International Airport (CMH) and Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK)

Q.   Is the catered sit down lunch for every day?

A.   Yes! The catered sit down lunch will be provided for each day that you are attending.

Q.   Do I need to bring my own tools?

A.   There is no need to bring your own tools, we will provide those for you! However, you are welcome to bring your own tools if you'd like.

Q.   What are the nearby hotels?

A.   The Hampton inn & suites, as well as the Fairfield inn & Suites located just 10 minutes away from our shop!

Cancellation Policy

Auman Landscape reserves the right to cancel an event ahead of the scheduled date, in which case attendees will be refunded for their purchase or have the option to apply it to a future training class.

Attendees can cancel at any time for a full refund up to 30 days in advance of the event. If the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event, we will provide the option to apply the payment to a future training. Please note that within 2 weeks of the event, no refunds will be issued due to planning and logistical considerations.

Additionally, please be aware that in-person training sessions are subject to cancellation if the minimum enrollment threshold is not met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
